An Update on PCMR and the Coronavirus

When Patrick and I started this business back in 2018 we received a ton of support from our friends, family, and the Warrensburg community. We have since grown our business to reach both consumers and businesses all around Johnson, Jackson, and Henry counties and we greatly appreciate everything! In the past few weeks we have all seen drastic changes to our daily lives with the COVID-19 outbreak and our operations are no different. This deadly disease has put some serious pressure on the IT world as we change our mentality from working in an office everyday to working from home. Over the past few weeks we have been discussing ways to stay open while following CDC guidelines and keeping our customers and employees healthy and safe. We are taking the following measures for the foreseeable future:

1. We will be changing our store hours to appointments starting March 23, 2020. Our employees will still be working to continue to offer our great services in a reasonable amount of time but we will be moving to curbside pick up or drop off only. Customers will need to call ahead to schedule an appointment with us.

2. We will continue our cleaning measures. PCMR personnel have been instructed to wipe down devices with disinfectant wipes, wash hands often, and not to come to work when sick.

We are closely monitoring this pandemic and will keep the community updated as new information comes around. Our employees health and safety do come first and we are working closely with them to make sure they still feel safe to come to work.

As the population moves to a work from home environment, the need for remote IT is growing. We offer chat services on our website and remote desktop support. Please feel free to give us a call if you ever have any questions!

We would also like to announce our new subscription service. For a low monthly fee you can receive unlimited IT support. Check out our web page at to see the whole breakdown. If you have any questions, please call (660) 864-0039.

As always, stay safe and healthy. Listen to our officials on this pandemic and let's not panic over this. We will push through just like we have so many other times. More updates to come.
