FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Warrensburg, MO – PCMR, founded in 2018, has proudly served the Warrensburg community with fast, reliable, and high-quality repair services. Over the years, the company has expanded its offerings to include cybersecurity, door access, business IT services, and phone systems, all with the goal of meeting the evolving needs of local businesses and individuals.
Effective January 31, 2025, PCMR will close its physical storefront in downtown Warrensburg and transition to a fully remote model. From that date forward, the company will no longer accept individual devices for repair, instead shifting its focus entirely to providing managed IT services for business clients. This transition will allow PCMR to better support businesses and government entities, ensuring they receive the high level of IT infrastructure and security support they rely on.
“We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve the Warrensburg community over the years, and it has been a privilege to work with so many wonderful individuals and businesses,” said Max Ridenhour, CEO/President of PCMR. “Though this decision was not an easy one, we believe that focusing on managed services for businesses will allow us to better support our clients and by extension the broader community, especially when it comes to privacy and security. We are excited to continue serving our business clients and to expand our role in supporting the privacy and security of our community as a whole.”
While PCMR will no longer accept devices from individuals, the company will continue to offer on-site services to its business clients, including government entities and organizations that require proactive, ongoing IT support. By reallocating resources toward managed services, PCMR aims to enhance its ability to provide businesses with proactive IT management, reducing downtime, strengthening cybersecurity, and optimizing operations.
Over the next few months, PCMR will be implementing a structured transition plan, securing a central location for essential service equipment and parts storage to maintain operational efficiency. Despite these logistical changes, the company is committed to ensuring seamless support for its clients throughout the transition.
“While this marks a new chapter for PCMR, our mission remains the same: delivering top-tier IT solutions that empower businesses,” said Ridenhour. “We look forward to strengthening our partnerships and enhancing our services for years to come.”
