PCMR Privacy Policy​

The PCMR Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of PCMR's websites and services. Your relationship is with PCMR, LLC and the laws of Missouri and the United States apply.

 

Please note that in order to use our website and services, you authorize PCMR to transfer your personal information across national borders to other countries where PCMR and its partners operate, including the United States. Is my personal information displayed anywhere on PCMR's websites or applications?

There are several places within PCMR's websites and applications that allow you to post comments, upload pictures or submit content for others to see. Sometimes you can limit who can see what you share, but there are some places where what you share can be seen by the general public or other users of the websites and applications. Please be careful when you share your personal information. Do not share anything you wouldn't want publicly known unless you are sure you are posting it within an application or website that allows you to control who sees what you post. Please note that when you post messages on certain user forums on our websites and applications, your email address or name and/or profile photo may be included and displayed with your message.

 

To remove content you have shared on our websites and applications, please use the same application or website feature you used to share the content. If another user invites you to participate in shared viewing, editing or commenting of content, you may be able to delete your contributions, but usually, the user who invited you has full control. You can identity the secure connection by looking at the URL, which will being with "https://" (instead of "http://"). Please note that although we have implemented measures designed to help protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data as it travels over the internet.

We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and PCMR cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information.

Your personal information and files are stored on servers of companies we hire to provide services to us.

Third-Party Advertiser Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

PCMR strives for an experience unparalleled by our competitors. One these ways is not showing third-party advertisements that may use cookies or other tracking technologies to track your internet history for advertisement purposes. This policy follows some laws put in place by the State of California.

Children Under the Age of 13

 

Our site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We require registered users of the site to be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
