Objective

To encourage current clients to refer new businesses to PCMR, LLC by offering attractive incentives for successful referrals.

 

Program Overview

The PCMR, LLC Referral Program allows our valued clients to earn rewards by referring new business to us. For each successful referral, the referrer will receive up to $300. A successful referral is defined as a business that signs up for our IT managed services for a minimum contract term of 12 months.

Requirements

• The referrer must be a current managed client, previous customer, or vendor of PCMR, LLC.

• The referred company must not be an existing client or in active negotiations with PCMR, LLC.

• The referred company must sign a contract for our IT managed services for a minimum of 12-months.

• The referred company must acknowledge the referral upon initial contact with PCMR, LLC.

Requirements

• For each referral lead that requests an appointment and quote will receive a $50 credit on their account with us.

• For each successful agreement, the referrer will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card. The reward will be sent via mail after the referred company has completed their first invoice payment.

• The referred company will receive their first month of service free.

• If a client successfully refers five companies within twelve (12) consecutive months, they will receive an additional $500 Visa Gift Card.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make. The more successful referrals you make, the more rewards you will receive.

Incentives

Timeline

 

• The program will commence on August 1, 2023, and will be ongoing until further notice.

• Rewards will be credited to the referrer's account within 30 days of the referred companies first invoice payment.

How to Refer

 

• ​To make a referral, please contact your account manager or send an email to referral@pcmrcomputers.com with the name and contact information of the company you are referring.

• We will contact the referred company and mention that they were referred by you. If they sign up for our services, we will notify you and apply the reward to your account.

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

• PCMR, LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue this referral program at any time. Such discontinuation shall be effective despite ongoing performance, whether substantial or not, and/or reliance on the referral program.

• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Any disputes related to the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of PCMR, LLC.

• This program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

• Referrals are for personal and non-commercial purposes. Participants are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. Such spamming can include, but is not limited to using automated systems or bots through any channel and distribution on commercial websites such as Facebook, X.com (formerly Twitter), and Reddit.

• This referral program cannot be combined with any other offer, referral program, or incentive.

• The terms of this agreement may be updated at any time, without prior notice to program participants. A modification of these terms will be available upon request from PCMR, LLC.
